The frame is constructed from Q235B rolled section steel with continuous diamond punched uprights, supporting 50mm incremental vertical height adjustment to match cartons, plastic bins and tote boxes of varying heights. Multi-row plastic or steel flow rollers are installed between front and rear cross beams, with a scientifically calibrated 3°–5° inclined angle to guarantee smooth, steady sliding without excessive impact or cargo tipping.
Each picking lane is equipped with integrated slow-down brake strips at the front end, buffering sliding speed to reduce collision damage to packaging and printed product surfaces.
